Welcome to the AccelaWorks® system! The AccelaWorks system will allow you to create and publish forms and provide real time access to the collected data to you and your customer.

AccelaWorks allows you to:

  • Design and publish forms on the web
  • Define business rules that control the user experience
  • Define response e-mails
  • Track response and conversion rates
  • Track effectiveness of traffic drivers
  • Report or download collected data
  • Classify and route records based on business rules

AccelaWorks supports all commonly used data collection user interface elements, such as combo boxes and check boxes. It provides a flexible, WYSIWYG environment to control the look and feel of the Web form.

Multi-page forms are supported. Complex business rules may be defined to control the flow between forms and where the user is sent after they complete the form.

Adobe Flash and Microsoft Internet Explorer are required to use Form Builder. Users of AccelaWorks are also required to abide by the AccelaWorks terms of service.

At the top right corner of each page, you may also see a table of contents if that page has many topics.

There are also sections at the bottom of topics for discussion. Please feel free to leave comments. Comments are moderated and anything inappropriate will be removed.

Finding Your Way Around

Learning any new tool can be intimidating at first glance, but AccelaWorks simple, intuitive design makes it easy for a first time user to pick up and learn.

Once you log in, you will find a list of all programs that you have access to on the left side of the screen. If this is a new account, there might not be any there yet. If you are a new user for an existing account, you may find hundreds or even thousands of programs organized into folders.

Select the program or folder that you want to operate one. All of the other options will change to reflect the program or folder you choose.

Along the top of the page you will find a number of tabs. These are the major functions of AccelaWorks. They are:

Home This tab is selected when you log in and displays any active system notification messages and provides quick links to common tasks
Actions Program Management actions to create, delete and rename programs or folders. These actions are described in more detail in Program Actions
Edit Design or modify response forms using Form Builder. The edit tab is described in more detail in Form Editing
Reports Once your form is live and collecting data, this is how you view and download the collected data and statistics. More information may be found in Reporting
Users Controls who may modify forms or run reports. Allows new user accounts to be created. More information may be found in User Management
My Account See how much data has been collected across your entire account. More information can be found in My Account
